                  The farm house stands as a sanctuary for the family, offering respite from the clamor of the city and immersing them in the tranquility of nature. Designed with simplicity and functionality in mind, the house integrates with its surroundings while providing opportunities for relaxation and exploration. The architecture boasts a clean form, prioritizing panoramic views of the picturesque landscape. The house is thoughtfully designed to adhere to the guidelines of the Wadi Hanifah code T2.1, ensuring a harmonious integration with its natural surroundings while maintaining with local regulations.

 

Materials selection plays a crucial role in aligning with the code’s principles. also, courtyard spaces are integrated into the design to enhance the connection between indoor and outdoor living. The building height  and fence is carefully considered to comply with the code’s regulations as well.
